The Si-CORE Accounting Manager (AM) allows you to map a Si-CORE system General Ledger account I.D. to a specific General Ledger account within your company’s financial software or system. All mappings can be correlated to a specific financial event. The AM also offers a fully flexible Chart of Accounts allowing you to define a ledger that meets your specific needs.
Due to the substantial amount of financial activity that occurs within any given block of business, each transaction must be aligned and exported to a General Ledger account within your accounting or Finance department. This activity is handled by the Accounting Manager component which manages any transactions that will manifest in the form of a General Ledger entry.
Through the Accounting Manager (AM) all General Ledger entries are mapped directly to a policy’s financial activity and trial balance extracts are available for export to downstream applications.
At the end of a given cycle, all General Ledger-related activity is exported and fed into your financial system with the associated mappings to maximize efficiency not only at the system level but also at the financial level.
